How To Pay for your Travel
1 A 20% non refundable* deposit is payable on booking and should be received within 7 days of making the booking to secure your place on the tour. The balance of monies should be received no later than 60 days prior to departure. Should you be booking within the 60 day period we would require the full payment on booking by credit card or direct deposit.
2 Proof of current travel insurance will be required before final payment can be accepted. Unfortunately our policy is no insurance, no travel. Approved Travel Insurance at competitive rates is available through our partners at Peregrine Travel Centre, Hay Street, Perth.
3 You may wish to pay by credit card or debit card - Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa are accepted (charges of 1.9% do apply). You can also pay by Direct Deposit: details will be advised on request.
4 A receipt will be issued once payments are cleared.
* Deposit will only be refunded in the event that Adventurous Women has to cancel the tour for reasons beyond their control.
