Cancellations & Refunds

Travel Restrictions & Border Closures

If you are unable to travel to meet a tour that you have booked on due to State or Federal Government imposed travel restrictions, border closures or enforced quarantine periods, the following conditions will apply:

  • 60 days + prior to trip departure - You will receive a refund of your deposit minus $50 admin fee
  • 59 - 30 days prior to trip departure - Loss of deposit OR if you have paid for the tour in full, you will receive a refund of 50% of the tour cost
  • 29 - 15 days prior to trip departure - You will receive a Full Credit to be used on a future tour, OR receive a refund of all monies paid minus 75% of the tour cost
  • Within 14 days of the trip departure - No Refund. You will receive a Full Credit to be used on a future tour



Covid-19 Positive or Close Contact 

Prior to departure of the tour if you test positive to COVID-19, or are deemed to be a close contact of a positive COVID-19 person and are therefore unable to come on tour, our General Booking Terms & Conditions will apply.  We therefore highly recommend that you take out travel insurance that will cover you should this occur.


Please Note: The above Terms & Conditions are relevant for all tours or activities operated solely by Adventurous Women unless otherwise stated. However, Adventurous Women reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions as deemed necessary, or whereby a Third Party Operator is involved in the delivery of a specific tour or activity.

Should an amendment be required, the terms & conditions will be clearly displayed at the foot of the relevant tour/activity page, under the heading "Cancellations & Refunds" and any booking received will be subject to those terms & conditions.
