MAKE A BOOKING

Have you ever wanted to know what it’s like to trek the Kokoda Track in PNG, maybe you’ve thought about doing something like this but not sure what’s involved, or perhaps it’s been on your bucket list for a long time and you’re wanting to make this dream a reality?

Adventurous Women are hosting a Kokoda Information Evening, where you’ll learn everything you need to know about trekking the Kokoda trail.  We are extremely excited to have Travis Hocart (Lead Guide & Owner Operator) of Kokoda Crossing presenting, along with our Adventurous Women Guide & Kokoda Guru, Janette Philp.  Between the two of them, they bring a wealth of knowledge and will be sharing a lot of information during this session.

Naturally we will be putting on a few drinks, tea & coffee and nibblies for those who are attending, so be sure to mark this one on your calendar and starting putting a list together of any questions you have.

The session is FREE, everyone is welcome, however  bookings are essential,  so please ensure you fill out the online booking form as this helps us with catering, or call Sue from Adventurous Women on 1300 399 419

We had a great time! Deb was a lovely guide and all the ladies in the group were really nice 😊

Plus we had perfect weather!

I’ll keep an eye out for future emails to go on my next walk.

Good day out with great views and some hill and terrain challenges which was good training for Oxfam trail ! Our guide Sue was excellent and hadn’t realised we’d get real coffee and home baked treats on top of Mt .Cuthbert!

Sea Kayaking at Ninagloo Reef

9 June 2011 by Glennie M

In 2010, I joined Adventurous Women on its first ‘Sea Kayaking at Ninagloo Reef’ Event even though I had never tried sea kayaking before. I was amazed at how peaceful it was whilst kayaking out on the reef and saw lots of turtles. Drift snorkelling over the reef at Turquoise Bay was incredible and since we wore life jackets, even the inexperienced snorkeller felt completely at ease. I count myself lucky to have shared in this awesome camping trip with so many friendly fun loving ladies from which I have forged some wonderful friendships.
