You will find the township of Witta just 8kms north of Maleny. It's here that Kat and Caron will take you back in time strolling through the sleepy country lanes of the pastoral landscape, known as Witta.
We feel the best kind of nature experiences are the kind that sneak up on you, where you feel privy to places that are often hidden or secret and sometimes overlooked.
This walk will carve its way through lush farmland where we will breathe in the fresh country air. In the meadows that flank the lanes, the bees, butterflies and birds are magical.
The route we have chosen will take in the historic Berganns Lane, an old country lane that was used by school children and the local postie years gone by. We will also visit Obi Lookout, where we look across the ranges and marvel at the valley below.
This Friday adventure is stripped back and simple and is all about re-charging your mind and soul.
The Witta General Store where this all began will be our hitching post for morning tea (not provided)

Great walk, up and down green hills, across creeks, through paddocks, starting and ending in a beautiful little town.
This was a fabulous city walk. I grew up in Perth all my life and I discovered places and things on this walk that I never knew existed. Jazzy is just amazing, full of knowledge and patience and just a fabulous host. Thank you for an amazing day. And I loved Brads biscuits, which are always a highlight for me.
A very interesting walk discovering history and beauty between the Swan river and the sea.
