Our "Taste of Adventure" Tours provide you with a variety of sightseeing, activity, participation, relaxation, yummy food and loads of laughter!
Itinerary:
Begin your fun-filled day with a warm welcome and introduction from one of Western Australia’s most enthusiastic and experienced tour guides. Our first stop is Trigg Beach where we join the worldly renowned drummer and percussionist Freddy Poncin for a 1 hour workshop in African Djembe overlooking the beautiful west coast. Learn drumming techniques from West Africa overlooking the beach, followed by morning tea and traditional bush tucker tastings. A great way to start the day.
Back on the bus we head for Yanchep National Park, home to kangaroos, pink and grey galahs, lorikeets, kookaburras, koalas and many more native Australian animals. Here we visit the Aboriginal Wangi Mia ‘The Talking Place’ and enjoy an informative introduction into the oldest surviving culture on Earth. Learn about Aboriginal Art at the ‘Meeting Place’ and visit the Yorga Mia ‘The Women’s Place’. A unique experience not to be missed.
Next we travel along the Indian Ocean Road and visit the coastal town of Cervantes to relax on the beach, go for a stroll or a swim and then enjoy a delicious picnic lunch.
We continue our day and visit the magnificent Pinnacles Desert in Nambung National Park. Here your guide will take you for a short walk amongst the unique and interestingly-shaped ‘’Pinnacles”, explain their creation and Aboriginal Dreamtime Story and ensure you get plenty of time to enjoy the serenity.
After a visit to the Pinnacles Discovery Centre it is time for the drive home and reflect on your magical day, but….before we arrive back in ‘civilization’ we stop at one of the many fruit & veg stalls in Gingin to finish the day with some fresh and sweet fruit straight from the farm (time allowing). A great day out.

Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit confirms a booking with full payment required 7 days before departure. Cancellation or change of a booking 7 days before departure: 30% of the total price and 48 hours before departure: 100%. Failure to adhere to the payment policy may result in cancellation of your booking.

Adventurous Women ® ™ (AW) reserves the right to amend the route, itinerary or cancel a tour as circumstances including but not limited to seasonal (weather) and operational circumstances, terrorism or any other external event occur beyond our control. In these occasions or in the event of any delay or extra personal expenses as a result of a delay, no refunds will be given. AW reserves the right to arrange an alternative tour carrier (subject to availability) if tour numbers are not met. AW cannot guarantee exact pick-up and drop-off times and will accept no responsibility for cancellation fees from other connecting services or any associated costs. If the passenger decides to leave the tour for any reason AW is not obliged to give any refunds for the remaining segment of the tour. AW accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness or other such accidents sustained whilst on tour or while engaged in any activities with other tour operators. In the event of a location or third party tour not being available alternative experiences of a similar nature will first be sought. No compensation will be considered for any additional driving or time lost due to any rescheduled driving. AW accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged property or loss of any kind caused by or resulting from any act or omission by its employees, agents or contractors or by any company, whose services are used as part of the tour, including but not limited to activity and accommodation providers.
AW strongly recommends passengers to take out adequate travel Insurance to cover personal liability, cancellation, loss of luggage and other.
This tour by it's very nature is not designed for the 5 Star Traveller. It is for the girl who has an 'adventurous spirit' and is looking for a unique and rewarding experience (Once in a Lifetime)! You should be able to adopt a "Go With The Flow" attitude, after-all we are in a foreign country and things don't always go to plan...this will help you chill out and therefore get the best out of your holiday. You will also need to be mobile without assistance - some of the sights require you to be on your feet, navigating steps and uneven surfaces at times. We also have a couple of walks as part of this tour - these walks can be achieved by anyone with a general level of fitness, but again mobility is the key, as with all of our tours. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, with an email as an acceptable form of communication, directly to Adventurous Women with the following conditions:
