Our amazing Qld AW host, Chris Burt, is hanging up her professional hiking boots & venturing out on her own new adventures.
Chris is very much a part of the AW Qld blueprint and her contribution to our tribe has been immeasurable. We have chosen one of Chris’s favourite locations, the beautiful Coochiemudlo Island to come together to share a morning of laughter, stories and to salute this incredible woman who has given us all so much.
We will meet at Victoria Point ferry (end of Cockburn St.) at 8:30am for a 9:00am departure. Once on the island, we'll find a great picnic spot close to toilets and changing rooms for those game enough to swim.
Ferry Information
Ferry cost are approximately $13 return cash or tap (own expense).The ferry company does not allow large transport trolleys or beach carts as they block emergency exits.Be aware that the parking areas do fill quickly, so get in early or street parking will be necessary at Victoria Point.
