We've teamed up with Combat Arts Institute of Australia to provide you with a Women's Only self-defence workshop where you'll learn new skills, increase your confidence, awareness and most importantly ..... provide you with the ability to defend yourself  

Their unique method of Women's Self Defence was developed in the United States to allow participants to use full contact strikes along with realistic Adrenal Stress Scenario Training against their qualified instructors, who use custom made protective gear. This type of training is not available anywhere else in Australia.

  • Women's Krav Maga at CAIA focuses on options for overcoming a male-on-female attack situation.
  • Learn multiple practical, muscle-memory responses that are designed to even the odds based on physiology, sociology, and everyday settings & situations in a practical workshop style format.
  • Realistic Scenario training for real situations in a safe, friendly and fun environment.
  • No experience necessary.

 


Workshop: Saturday 8th June at 12.30pm (Registration / Sign in from 12.00 Noon) Please eat early lunch prior to coming or bring with you.

Cancellation & Refunds

Notice of cancellation must be in writing, with an email as an acceptable form of communication, directly to Adventurous Women with the following conditions:

  • Between 30 - 60 days prior to event - Full Refund
  • Between 20 - 7 days prior to event - Refund minus $10 admin fee
  • 6 days prior to commencement of the event - No Refund

No refund is available after the event has commenced.
