Join our Adventurous Women Host on a social beach walk from City Beach to Scarborough and return.  Great way to kick off your Sunday morning, find out about Adventurous Women and what we do, and meet like-minded women while doing something active, social and fun!

We'll meet everyone outside Clancy's Fish Pub on the lawn area (Jazzy will be wearing her bright orange AW Cap) and set off for our walk by 7.30am.

The walk one way is approximately 4.5km, so total return is around 9km. We've allocated about 4 hours including stopping for a cuppa after the walk before you head off if you wish, however you can break off or turn around at any time during the walk if you are short on time, or don't wish to stop at the end for a cuppa.

This is a social walk, so you can do as much or as little as you wish and bring your swimmers if you like and enjoy a dip in the ocean afterwards!

SIDE NOTE: For anyone considering joining our Kokoda Trek in August next year - Your AW Host on this walk is Jazzy, so if you want any info on the Kokoda .... she's your girl!!

Reef and Range

A very enjoyable trip - challenging, but not overwhelming. I enjoyed traveling with like minded women who were from very diverse backgrounds - all very respectful of their fellow travelers.

It was my first hike with Adventurous women and I really enjoyed it. The distance was challenging but manageable and a good pace. Beautiful scenery and great bunch of ladies. Thank you.

Cape To Cape Track

I enjoyed all parts of the Cape to Cape. The accomodation was basic but a lot better than camping out. The combination of Sue Hile & Emily & Simon was special. Thanks for the amazing walk.

Good day out with great views and some hill and terrain challenges which was good training for Oxfam trail ! Our guide Sue was excellent and hadn’t realised we’d get real coffee and home baked treats on top of Mt .Cuthbert!
