Then .... as Bells Rapids is right on the doorstep of this property, our AW Guide will take you on a walk to discover this slice of paradise, before returning back to enjoy our gourmet picnic lunch. You're sure to return home with a smile on your face, feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Transport to/from the venue
- Tight fitting active wear is recommended. Track Pants are fine.
- No clothing with buckles, zips or snaps are allowed as they can tear the Hammocks.
- Tights should be Opaque and Modest.
- Crew neck (higher neck) T-Shirts are advisable, believe me the girls will fall out during an inversion.
- Supportive underwear is a must.
- Clothing that covers legs, waist and armpits is suggested to minimize friction burns from the fabric. NO SINGLETS OR TINY SHORTS.
- Socks are mandatory, Grip socks are recommended and can be purchased at the venue if you wish
- Comfortable walking shoes to wear for the hike
- Something warm to pop on after the Yoga & Hike
- Water, sunscreen, hat, sweat towel
- Raincoat or Poncho / Umbrella in case of rain during hike (spare dry clothing / towel to be left in your vehicle just in case)

Loved the whole day, packed so much in but it didn't seem rushed at all and we got a mix of energy lifting exercise plus relaxation.
This was just a wonderful day! From the instructor Meg to our walk to Bells Rapids with Sue O to the meal. A great experience. Everyone should do it!!
I really enjoyed the aerial yoga as it was wonderful that you can be a beginner and anyone can do it. It was so much fun and found great achieving it. I wished it went for longer.
Love, love, loved the aerial yoga. The hike was good and the leader is always amazing (fun, informative, supportive, friendly etc. etc.!
Lots of fun. Meg instructed us through some tricky moves but it was not difficult at all. I felt very supported.
