What to expect on our international tours

Our international tours lean a little longer and dive a little deeper. You can expect around 1-2 weeks on the ground with an AW Tour Leader local guides, and a small group of supportive women, exploring a special region or even an entire country.

Activities vary by tour, ranging from wildlife experiences and cultural deep-dives, to multi-day treks along some of the world's best trails. Accommodation also varies depending on the activities and locations, but every stay is handpicked to ensure a good night's rest so you're ready for the next day's adventures.

Time to really discover a destination

A few days just isn't enough to find your groove and properly connect with a culture and country. Our international tours give you more time to soak up the special moments: hiking beyond the highlights for uncrowded views, trying that dish again (maybe a third time!), getting hands-on with a cooking class and catching a second sunset over a new coast.

Your AW legends on the road

Your Tour Leaders and Local Guides are often the highlight of the trip.

On every international tour, you'll be looked after by a dedicated AW Tour Leader who keeps things running smoothly from start to finish.

Most tours also feature Local Guides, who love sharing insights into the history, food and local knowledge of their home countries.
