There are always a few adventures sitting just shy of Guaranteed Status, where just a couple more women are needed to turn a maybe into "grab your boots, it's happening!"

The women who book before that point are the reason these tours get to the start line in the first place, which makes them pretty special. So this October we're giving them a new title: Adventure Makers, and an exciting gift for their contribution.

Every tour on this page was below minimum on 1 October and is eligible for the offer.

Book it, or stay booked

Book your place on one of the listed tours. Already on one? You don't need to do anything - but you can invite a friend.

Help get it over the line

If your tour reaches Guaranteed Status during October, everyone booked on it gets an Adventure Maker special gift!

Collect your Adventure Maker special gift on the first day of your tour (hint: it's something you're really going to love)

We're keeping the Adventure Makers special gift under wraps for now. But we can promise you it isn't a keyring, it isn't a tote bag, and it won't end up in the back of your drawer.

It's something you'll use on your adventures again and again, for years to come.

Why it matters

How a tour gets to the start line

Every tour needs a minimum number of women before we can commit to running it, and each has a date when we have to make that call.

If the numbers aren't there, we need to let the tour go. Everyone booked can still transfer to another tour or receive a full refund, but we never want to close an adventure for any reason.

That's why the Adventure Makers matter so much. They're what gets a tour over the line.

Your questions answered

I booked months ago. Do I still get the gift?

 Yes, if your tour wasn't guaranteed on 1 October and reaches Guaranteed Status by 31 October.

My tour was guaranteed before October, am I eligible?

You aren't eligible for this offer, but you're already good to go. This particular gift is for tours that get over the line during October.

What happens if my tour doesn't reach Guaranteed Status in October?

Your booking stays as it would at any other time of year, but will no longer be eligible for this particular offer. 

If the tour is closed before it reaches Guaranteed Status, you can move your booking to a different tour or get a full refund.

Does this include Day Trips?

No, it's for Multi-Day Tours only.

Do I need to be an AW member or use a code?

No. No codes, and you don't need to be an AW member - but that will get you a $100 discount!

Can I invite a friend?

Definitely! And it's the perfect month to do it.

If you'd like to invite a friend on tour to help it reach Guaranteed in October you'll both be Adventure Makers.

The Adventure Makers offer applies to Multi-Day Tours only. Eligible tours must not be guaranteed on 1 October 2026 and must reach Guaranteed Status by 31 October 2026. All guests on eligible tours that reach guaranteed status in the promotion period will receive their Adventure Makers gift at the start of the trip.
