From the moment you book, you're supported by a team who wants you to feel prepared and excited. Whether you have questions about the fitness level, accommodation, packing or whether a trip is the right fit for you, we'll always give you honest answers. We'd much rather help you choose the right adventure than simply fill a spot.
Before departure, you'll receive detailed pre-trip information, training advice (if needed), have the opportunity to join a group video call with your Tour Leader and fellow travellers, and know that we're only ever a phone call or email away.
The people on the trip
Once your adventure begins, you'll quickly discover that our Tour Leaders do far more than manage logistics. They encourage, reassure, celebrate your achievements and create an environment where everyone feels welcome. They're there to help you step outside your comfort zone, but never to push you beyond it.
