Absolutely! Around three quarters of our travellers come solo and go home with a whole bunch of new travel friends.

On our multi-day tours, you'll share accommodation with different women from the group at different times. This is great for group bonding and also helps avoid any potential friction that can come from rooming with the same person for the whole trip.

Not at all - our tours are open to everyone! That said, members do receive special discounts on all tours and trips, plus other perks, so it might be worth considering down the track. You can find out more here. 

Our adventures are loads of fun and most can be enjoyed by anyone with a reasonable level of fitness. That said, some of our trips visit remote areas where medical facilities are limited or non-existent, so good general health is essential.

Every trip includes an active element whether that's trekking, kayaking, cycling or a combination of all three. Some pre-trip preparation will help ensure extra enjoyment and comfort along the way!

Adventurous Women accepts bank transfer, card payment via Stripe (a secure online payment platform), or PayID. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.  Payment options will be shown on the booking page.

We like to travel in small groups, generally between 8–16 women (check your tour page for the specific number). This keeps things small enough to really get to know each other, while still maintaining a supportive and lively atmosphere.

Age is no barrier!  Adventurous Women welcomes women of any age. All you need is an open mind and an adventurous spirit.

Once you've booked, a member of our team will confirm via email with additional trip details. In most cases, you'll also have access to a private tour page where you can find useful information and pre-trip documents ( including meeting points, visa requirements and other essential details ) once the tour is guaranteed.
