• Gift Vouchers are supplied as a printable PDF file via email
• In general our Gift Vouchers are issued with an expiry of at least 3 years duration apart from the following circumstances:
• If it has been donated for promotional purposes.
• The offer is available only for a specified period
• The voucher is a discount off an existing service
• It forms part of our membership loyalty program
• It is part of a temporary marketing promotion
  
  
• The expiry date will always be noted on the artwork of a supplied pdf file or on the voucher if printed
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
• Vouchers do not need to be activated or a code entered at the time of booking. A credit to the value of the voucher is created for the account of the recipient and can be used for part or all of a payment. If the recipient does not have an existing account, one will be created using the name and email address.
• Should Adventurous Women (the business) be sold at any point, the new owners will take on all credits and vouchers
• The business is not liable for unused vouchers but will do everything we can to ensure the voucher credit is utilised to it's full value
