Join Leonie on this night hike of popular Anstey Hill in the foothills of the Mount Lofty Ranges
This is a moderately hard hike with some steep sections but we will travel at a pace that will suit everyone attending on the night.
We will be following the Yellowtail Loop for most of the way with a small detour onto the purple track (Geological Hike) before rejoining Yellowtail to finish.
This park's unique features include ruins of the original Newman’s Nursery which we will pass as well as abundance of bird life, western grey kangaroos and koalas. Many animals call this area home and the park conserves rare vegetation which was once widespread throughout the Adelaide Plains and Mount Lofty Ranges.

Our meeting place is at Gate 6 - The corner of Perseverance Rd and Janlyn Rd, Vista at 6pm for a 6.15pm start.
