Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is not only awesome fun but can also enhance your health and well-being by building core strength, improving balance and helping you de-stress. It's even been shown that balancing on a SUP board can activate the small muscles in the foot and lower leg in a similar way to physio therapy exercises used to treat plantar fasciitis and other ailments.
Our relaxed and informal session begins on the beach with a quick lesson covering the basics to help you develop proper technique before we hit the water and work on our skills with our very patient, highly skilled and amazing instructor. After the class concludes you will have plenty of time to practise your new found skills, pose for selfies and spend some time having fun on the "Party Board" - a giant board that we can all climb to ride together.
Once we wrap up we'll come in and enjoy a delicious lunch with a glass of bubbly (or something soft) to toast our new and amazing paddle board skills!
This event filled exceptionally fast last time so I'd encourage you to book ASAP.
Parking can get quite full in this area and you may need to park further away and walk a little so please bear that in mind for your arrival time.
