Driving onwards towards another farm (around 20k), we’ll watch some shearers at work and try our hand at throwing a fleece or rolling a wool bale, before heading off for for afternoon tea, then on a farm tour. Later in the afternoon we have the choice of pulling more Koonak traps or bait up single lines and catch them that way (way more fun .. if you’re up for the challenge!!)

As the sun sets, we arrive at the Farm Homestead, cook the Koonaks on an outdoor wood fire, then enjoy eating them …the traditional way of course, accompanied by a glass of champers or wine.

While we’re kicking back and relaxing, our Farm Hosts are cooking us a feast of lamb roast, damper and vegetables, all cooked outdoors in Camp Ovens. We’ll enjoy this dining experience under the stars … and may even be entertained with a little 'stockwhip' cracking!!

You should be able to adopt a "Go With The Flow" attitude, as sometimes things may not go to plan (ie: bad weather) and itinerary will need to be changed accordingly. Also our accommodation is 'shared' and you may be sleeping in a single bed or bunks, in a room with 1 other or 3 others at any given time, so we suggest you bring earplugs or an ipod for your own comfort.

It is for the girl who has an 'adventurous spirit' and is looking for a unique and rewarding experience (Once in a Lifetime)! You should be able to adopt a "Go With The Flow" attitude, after-all we are in a foreign country and things don't always go to plan...this will help you chill out and therefore get the best out of your holiday. You will also need to be mobile without assistance - some of the sights require you to be on your feet, navigating steps and uneven surfaces at times. We also have a couple of walks as part of this tour - these walks can be achieved by anyone with a general level of fitness, but again mobility is the key, as with all of our tours.
