Our Happy Camper Series is evolving and we're excited!!  Given the restrictions we've been working with surrounding COVID-19 and the call for more local adventures, we feel the need to include a different component to some of our Happy Camper Tours. What we're talking about here is: Self Drive or Tag-a-long and BYO Camp Gear!  This won't be the case for all Happy Camper Trips, but it will certainly work for those who have a limited budget and have their own camping gear.  Of course we'll be providing the AW sparkle we're renowned for, including supply of some of the food, giving you a personalised adventure .. always a couple quirks, providing an AWesome AW camp host and sourcing out some pretty cool camping destinations to introduce you to!

Our inaugural Self Drive Happy Camper is going to be held at a Citrus Orchard, a private property less than hour from the Perth CBD ...... You'll feel like your million miles away, but you'll get there in a jiffy!  In fact this property has been used many a time for those who enjoy a bit of Astronomy, as the night sky is amazing!  There are also many walking trails on the property, and around it and we'll be able to share these with you, if you feel like taking a walk over the weekend.

The idea of the weekend is to relax in whatever way you wish.  We have a planned activity on Saturday afternoon which is the Tractor Tour of the Orchard & picking our own fruit.  Other than that, once you've set up camp, the rest of the time here is yours to spend how you wish: Write, read, paint, draw, walk, take photo's, perhaps visit one of the nearby wineries (we can tell you where they are) ... or do absolutely nothing/sleep ... whatever you need to do for you!  We'll re-group around the campfire prior to dinner and enjoy a little sundowner together, you can participate in our campfire activity if you wish,  we'll then tuck into our camp oven meal, toast some marshmallows and enjoy chatting around the warmth of the campfire!

The following day, we don't have to leave camp until midday so you may choose to tackle one of the walking trails, do a little exploring around the Chittering valley, sleep in, hang around the property and enjoy some more relaxation before saying our goodbye's.
