Accommodation

Accommodation the first night is basic motel style accommodation (Twin Share with another lady in the group conducted by random draw unless booking with a friend). If you prefer to have a room to yourself, you will need to pay an additional $180.00 for the single supplement here.  These are limited and subject to availability at the time you submit your booking.

Thereafter, we are camping under the stars, with the first night having no ablutions, although we have the use of Glen Helen Resort the following day should you require a flushing toilet.

All other nights while camping we have ablutions (hot showers, flushing toilets).

For the camping portion there is no single supplement charged, as you will have your own King Single Swag to sleep under the stars in - You can choose to sleep under the stars and have your own space completely (no sharing at all), or place your Swag inside a 3-4 person tent with one other lady from the group (we will place your name in a draw should you choose this option, unless specifically requesting to share with a friend prior to the tour).  Depending upon group numbers and availability of tents, you may well end up with a tent to yourself, however this is not guaranteed, so please make sure you understand this prior to booking.

This tour by it's very nature is not designed for the 5 Star Traveller. It is for the girl who has an 'adventurous spirit' and is looking for a unique and rewarding 'experience'!  You should be able to adopt a "Go With The Flow" attitude as we will be roughing it at times, be prepared to help out around camp ie: dishes, peeling spuds, collecting water/firewood, setting up tents, rolling swags etc - team work and many hands make light work - all part of the camping experience!

You need to be stable on your feet and comfortable hiking between 2 - 4 hours on rocky surfaces, as we are walking through gorges.
