Embarking on the well-trodden fire trails around Wyaralong Dam, we'll soak up the beauty of the landscape alongside fellow adventurers.
As we traverse the gentle inclines and declines through open bushland, the allure of the dam and Mt Joyce will captivate us. We may encounter horse riders and bike riders on the trails.
Upon reaching Ngumbi Mt Joyce base camp, we'll pause for a much-needed break to enjoy a rest on the verandah of the abandoned homestead or by the dam.
Energized by our shared experiences and the company of friends, we'll retrace our steps back to where our adventure began.
Noted: Toilets available at the car park and base camp.
