Join the girls for an adventure day with a difference.
We begin with a brief instruction on riding a quad bike and some time on the practice track to get your skills and confidence up, so NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
Once we're ready to roll we'll head out and start exploring the historic 400 acre farming property with our local guide filling you in on the history, pointing out some of the local native animals and the spectacular views of the Waitpinga River, The Southern Ocean and Waitpinga Beach. We are Adventurous Women after all so our path won't be boring and we'll have fun riding through some rugged creek crossings, on sandy tracks, bushy trails and rolling hills while breathing in the fresh air of the country.
At the end of our ride we will head back to base to enjoy some great conversation, a simple lunch and home made sweet treat around 12.30pm. Toilets and change rooms are located right next door to where we will be enjoying lunch if needed as well.
Please note: the guides are informative and patient and are always there if you have any questions and there is no pressure with riding pace either.
If the forecast is showing rain, we still head out on the track. After all, muddy fun is great fun!
Please wear enclosed shoes and long pants as well as clothing to suit the weather eg. jacket/jumper if cold and windy.
Helmets, gloves and goggles are supplied and wet weather pants / jackets to go over your clothes are available as well.

Beautiful hike, lovely company and yummy morning tea 👍
A really lovely walk down to the falls and across the bridge. Great spot for a Beautiful morning tea, made and carried in by our AWesome guides. A really lovely Sunday.
A really enjoyable experience! The ladies were so welcoming and helpful. I really felt part of the group straight away even though it was my first walk.
I love having the gorgeous photos from the day to look back on from the talented photographers in the group! The guides were helpful for so knowledgeable. I will be back for more!
Beautiful hike, lovely company and yummy morning tea 👍
What a lovely day out. The weather was just about perfect. Cool (not hot) and no rain.
I have done this walk before and I enjoyed the second time just as much as the first time. Jazzy had so much info about the places we were passing. She definitely puts the effort in to keep us informed about our own “Backyard”…..
Very much enjoyed my first walk with Adventurous Women. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and I'm really looking forward to the next one.
A beautiful walk in the very old rainforest with lots of waterfalls and cascades. Leader Chis carefully guided us over the many river crossings and rock hopping which all added to the fun adventure.
I had a great day for my first adventure . Excellent leadership with Leonie and I met some lovely ladies and I look forward to the next adventure.
A lovely walk with a variety of terrain and perfect walking weather. Lovely to meet new people and share stories and of course enjoy the well earned coffee at the end.
