Length: 10km
Grade: Medium / Fit walkers
We will meet at 7.30 in beautiful Montville and organise vehicles to be left at Kondalilla Falls (our finishing point) before we head to Baroon Pocket to begin out walk.
The walk is initially very flat and easy making for a great warm up before increasing in grade as we head to the Obi Obi lookout, which has fantastic views up and down Obi Obi Creek and towards the dam.
As we continue we make a steep descent of about 150m down to the level of the creek and continue through dense rainforest with lots of palms and strangler figs with rest spots along the way, eventually coming out at Kondalilla Falls which is a popular tourist spot with a swimming hole if anyone would like to take a refreshing dip to cool down before heading up to the carpark.
Once we complete the walk we will head back to Montville which has a large range cafe's, galleries, nik nak shops (& sweet treats ! ) where you can buy lunch if you haven't brought it along.

Great day out! Well organised and got to see stunning waterfalls!
It was easy to find the meet up spot and have easy access to public transport.
This was a very interesting walk looking at amazing views and architecture toped off with very informative historic details that Chris delivered. Also an enjoyable social catchup with pizza and a larger. Thanks Chris
What a fabulous start to the weekend, a beautiful evening, kangaroos, koalas and views!

What an adventure! Stunning scenery; an inspiring, fun group of women; and wonderful caring and empowering support to achieve a dream.
beautiful walk with constantly changing scenery... the tall trees were stunning. even thought the waterfall was just a trickle it was still great 👍
Brilliantly organised
Best experience ever 👍 Very well organised and the guides are the absolute best who go over and beyond to ensure everyone has a great experience and finishes the trek. Our guide Sue O’Connor was the absolute best. A few of us have already booked our next adventure in April ... thank you adventurous women 😀
