Join us for another Hike and Hill training session amidst the scenic trails of Mt Coot-tha Reserve. Whether you're looking to enhance your hiking fitness for day excursions or tackle multi-day adventures, these sessions are tailored to help you achieve your personal goals.

Explore well-established paths while honing your skills, and take advantage of the opportunity to seek guidance and ask questions about all things hiking.

If you're a beginner ensure you have no more than 10kgs weight in your pack
ideatip: bottles of water are a great weight as they're easy to measure 1L =1Kg and if you're finding it too heavy can be tipped out to reduce your weight

Cancellation & Refunds

Notice of cancellation must be in writing, with an email as an acceptable form of communication, directly to Adventurous Women with the following conditions:

  • 7 days + prior to departure - Full Refund
  • 6 days or less - No Refund

No refund is available after departure of a walk or tour has commenced.
