Discover the best of Roley Pools Reserve; massive granite boulders, calm water pools, river meandering through the trees & views across the native bushland. This hike is great for those new to bushwalking, those who just love nature and it's healing properties, or anyone looking to get out and stretch their legs while enjoying the company of other women.
The walk will take around 2 hours to complete and incorporates Natures Spa, Roley Pools, The Boardwalk, Cascades, the Canning River viewpoint along the Heritage Walk Trail (approx 4km in total). Afterwards we invite you to join our Guide for a cuppa at Blue Sky Bread (nearby cute sourdough bakery/cafe...good coffee and sweet treats, incl gf).
Please note even though this walk is short and sweet, there could well be slippery surfaces to navigate depending upon rainfall and a couple of minor ups and downs (gentle undulations). Hiking poles will help with stability if balance is not your strong point.
Meet Place: Soldiers Road (Lower Carpark) just beyond the vehicle bridge over the Canning River - a reminder with a map link will be sent out during the week leading up to the hike. Please note, there are no toilets at the beginning or throughout this hike, so ensure you stop off at a public toilet prior or bring pocket tissues and a bag to take out any waste.
