With a chill in the air, Christmas in July a festive affair, we believe it's the perfect time for a 'cool' little getaway! Think mulled wine, log fires, roast dinner, ugly sweaters, woolly scarves, relaxation, lots of good cheer, madness and merriment.
This Christmas in July themed getaway is jam packed full of girly goodness.... It's all about indulging in YOU!
From the moment you arrive at our lovely country accommodation set on the edge of the forest, you'll begin to feel a sense of 'retreat' from the busyness of life. We invite you to wash away the worries of the week and set the tone of your time away by having a massage once you're settled in. This special time for you is sure to bring your mind and body into a relaxed and balanced state in readiness for what lies ahead.
1.00pm - Check in to our accommodation, your hosts will be there to greet you and show you to your room or chalet.
Between 1.30pm & 6.30pm - We invite you to wash away the worries of the week and set the tone of your time away by having a relaxing massage once you're settled in (included in the price of your Girls Getaway). This special time for you is sure to bring your mind and body into a relaxed and balanced state in readiness for what lies ahead.
3.00pm - With the fire crackling away in the main lodge and Christmas Carols playing softly in the background, come meet others and enjoy a festive sweet treat or two with a nice hot cuppa!
6.00pm - Pre-Dinner Drinks & Nibbles
7.00pm - Winter Warming Dinner & Festive Fruit Platter
8.00pm - Social time, Outside Fire Pit (weather permitting) or take quiet time for yourself to rest and restore.

Between 8.00am & 8.45am - Breakfast will be made available in the Lodge
9.00am to 12.00noon – Let's get creative in the theme of Christmas with a Lino Print Making Workshop - all materials included and you take home your lino to use another time if you wish.
12.30pm to 1.30pm Lunch will be served in the Lodge
2.00pm to 5.00pm - Leisure time to explore this beautiful area
Perhaps head to the Wine Tree Cidery to try their yummy plum wine, go to a local cafe for a cuppa, fossick through the shops/galleries in town, take a walk on the nearby Bibbulmun Track, visit Lane Poole Reserve, or simply take the time to enjoy some quiet time back at your accommodation.
6.00pm - Tonight is all about Christmas, so break out the Ugly Xmas Sweater, scarf, beanie or hat and join everyone in the lodge for for an evening of good cheer, madness and merriment. Relax around the fire and enjoy the Christmas tunes playing in the background, as your hosts serve up pre dinner nibbles and a tipple of mulled wine.
7.30pm - Christmas Dinner and Dessert, followed by our Secret Santa exchange and prize presentation for the Ugliest Sweater!!
8.30pm - Down time around the log fire (or outdoor fire pit if weather permitting) or retreat to your own space for some quiet time
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Between 8.00 & 9.00am - Breakfast will be made available at the Lodge
10.00 to 11.00am - Slow movement Chi Gong & Gentle Yoga Stretching will have you floating home (beautiful, restorative and relaxing, no experience required)
12.00noon - Check out of the accommodation.
If you're not quite ready to hit the road and want to extend your time away, why not take the opportunity to support local farmers and drop into Caraholly Orchard or Vergone's Farm to check out their farm fresh produce. Another option is to explore the lunch options in town ... There might even be some live music playing at Lost Eden Creative or the Dwelly Pub!
