Starting with an enriching walk through Western Australia's newly refurbished Museum, leading into an exclusive experience at The Art Gallery of Western Australia. Here, you'll encounter the largest-ever ensemble of Yhonnie Scarce's collected glass and mixed-media works, presented for the Perth Festival in 2024. Scarce, an internationally recognised Kokatha and Nukunu artist, showcases her luminous and powerful works, making a profound statement on the hidden stories of Australia's nuclear testing history and the impacts of colonisation on First Nations people.
After leaving the gallery behind, we we meet up with a guest guide, who will lead you through Perth's eclectic nightlife. Explore three of the city's best quirky bars, discover vibrant laneways adorned with murals and graffiti, and enjoy exclusive drink discounts. This part of the tour is not just fun but also informative, offering insights into Perth's hidden gems and future bar visits.
